Utah is where Goldbacks started, est. 2019, and it set the template every series since has followed: classical virtues brought to life through artwork. A pioneer woman holds her beehive for Industry, joined by figures representing Truth, Steadfastness, Religious Freedom, and Triumph — the foundational themes that later series would each reinterpret through their own state's history.
Like every Goldback, each Utah note is real 24-karat gold — not plated, not a token — vacuum-deposited onto a durable polymer note, carrying a unique serial number to make it independently verifiable.
