Idaho Series Goldbacks — Now Available in San Diego
Justitia standing guard, scales raised and sword lowered — the newest addition to the Goldback family has arrived.
The Idaho series (est. 2026) is the newest in the Goldback family, following Arizona and Oklahoma's 2025 releases. Where other series lean on frontier history or pioneer imagery, Idaho's design draws on classical virtue — Justitia, the personification of justice, set among Idaho's wilderness.
Like every Goldback, each Idaho note is real 24-karat gold — not plated, not a token — vacuum-deposited onto a durable polymer note, carrying a unique serial number to make it independently verifiable.
As San Diego's Official Authorized Goldback Distributor, we can get you the Idaho series at our flat rate — pick up locally or have it shipped to your door.
What is an Idaho Goldback?
An Idaho Goldback is a physical note of real 24-karat gold, precisely vacuum-deposited onto a durable polymer substrate and printed with original Idaho-themed artwork featuring Justitia, the personification of justice, set among Idaho's wilderness. It's part of the Goldback currency system, designed to be spent, saved, or collected, and each note carries a unique serial number so its authenticity can be independently verified.
Idaho Goldback denominations
The first quarter denomination ever designed. Justitia carries raised scales, a lowered sword, and a blindfold before Hells Canyon, with Idaho's elk, syringa, and monarch butterfly woven throughout.
